No complaints, I had a wonderful stay and will be back. I was happy with hotel's excellent location on the cliffs. Welcoming staff, I enjoyed warm welcome.

near a bus stop, exactly what i wanted. the rooms were beautiful, comfy, came with a jacuzzi, the balcony.

We got great value for our money at this stunning hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable. The location was excellent, with breathtaking views and a short walk down to the city center and beach. We felt well taken care of during our entire stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better with more variety or options.

the room was clean and had private bathroom plus coffee & tea making machines, refrigerators, and a stovetop. the location just a walking distance from city centre was marvellous. had lunch/dinner at restaurant mediterraneo, which i found at a walking distance from the hotel.

The location was great, near Grotta di Fornillo. Furthermore, the area was fantastic. There were a dining area, a writing table, and ironing facilities in the room, truly enjoyed that.

Minor inconvenience with transportation.

We got a room with a bidet. The breakfast was awesome with cheese and yoghurt, as for instance and the ambiance was special.

The room was absolutely amazing and super modern, with jaw-dropping views from both the room and terrace. It was sparkling clean, and our host, Valerio, made our stay even more incredible. He was extremely helpful, organizing our transfers and recommending the best restaurants. Compared to other hotels in the area, Terrazza Zaffiro stands out for its exceptional service and hospitality. We can't wait to return to this stunning place.

The breakfast was astonishing with pastries and fruit, for instance, and also the staff were all very very helpful! I spent 3 nights and would love to come back.

Conveniently located on the main road, no stairs to climb. Clean, well-maintained property with stunning balcony views. Private rooftop with hot tub offers a relaxing retreat. Excellent service from attentive and caring host. Close to local shops and restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property in Positano. The room was spacious and exquisitely decorated, with a mix of Mediterranean architecture and modern technology. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning, offering the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The highlight for me was the jacuzzi on the roof - it was incredible! The hosts were incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and navigating the town. The location, although up high on the cliffs, allowed for breathtaking photo opportunities and hidden little corridors to explore. The breakfast was also delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience in Positano.

Terrazza Zaffiro is my go-to place in Positano. I keep coming back because I love it here. The staff even helped me find my lost earring on my first stay. It has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, a fitness club, and a jacuzzi. Can't wait to come back for my holiday.

The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. the highlight of the property was the amazing terrace with breathtaking views. the host was hospitable, friendly, and always ready to help. the location was convenient, with easy access to the town center either by bus or walking.

There were quite a few steps to climb to reach the hotel, which could be challenging for some guests.
